Terms

Postage - UK addresses:

  • Standard delivery charge is £3.00. Orders will be shipped out via Royal Mail 'Signed For', therefore please provide a suitable delivery address where parcels can be signed for. For extra peace of mind at check out you can select Royal Mail Special Delivery for a charge of £7.00.
  • Certain heavier products, such as doorstops or larger orders, will be sent our by courier. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. If you are happy to accept the risk please also provide alternative arrangements for the delivery driver in case you need to be out such as 'Please leave with a neighbour' or 'Leave in the shed/porch/under the mulberry bush' or 'No signature requred'.
  • If you are unavailable when delivery of your order is attempted and you do not subsequently collect the order from the post office or re-arrange the delivery with the courier and the order is returned to us you will be charged at cost for the re-delivery of the item. If at this time you would prefer a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the order, less actual cost of shipping (please note that this may be higher than the price you have actually paid)
  • All orders over £50 are shipped free of charge. The above terms regarding delivery will still apply.

Postage - non-UK addresses:

  • Postage to non-UK addresses will be charged at cost. Before placing your order please contact us for a quote on postal charges

Delivery Timings:

  • Most orders will be dispatched within seven days of payment order.
  • Made to Order - items marked as such will be put into production upon receipt of payment and are normally dispatched within 28 days.

Returns:

  • We would love for you to be delighted with your purchase, however if this is not the case then please contact us via sales@littleblackduck.co.uk or 0870 8795095 to make arrangements with us.
  • In order to gain a full refund, goods must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition within 28 days.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the goods are deemed to be faulty.
  • Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot provide refunds for items lost in the postal system.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for any items that have been personalised for or specially commissioned by you.

Pricing:

  • All prices include VAT at 17.5% and are subject to change

Payment:

  • Payment is conducted through PayPal which is a secure payment web site. You do not need a PayPal account in order to complete this transaction.
  • If you would prefer to pay for your order by cheque, please make payable to Little Black Duck Ltd and send to us at: Wollerton Mill, Mill Lane, Wollerton, Shropshire, TF9 3NB. Please allow approximately 5 working days for payment to clear.

Products:

  • All measurements are approximate and as most items are hand made they may vary a little.
  • Leather and suede are natural products and variations in grain and texture are to be expected.
  • Not all leathers and suedes used are colour fast and some colour transference may occur.

Privacy:

  • Your personal data will never be sold or given to any third parties. Due to the payment method that we use, we do not have access to your payment details.
